Your data is used solely to operate the CO DEVELOP platform — to match property owners with developers, facilitate deal flow, and verify developer accounts. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure hosted in the European Union. Uploaded documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage and are only accessible to authorized platform administrators.

4. Your Rights

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
